2020 – 2021 High School Co-Op
First Day of School: August 7th
Last Day of School: May 20th
Enrollment Process: Applications must be completed along with a copy of your child's birth certificate and a completed immunization record at time of enrollment.
All Sevenstar* Courses (pay in full)
$2900 annual tuition ($290 per month for 10 months)
Parents will be notified within 2 weeks regarding acceptance. Once your student is accepted, an appointment will be made to discuss course scheduling.
Technology and Labs:
Technology and Labs Fee of $175. This fee allows students to have quality internet access and printing access. In addition, students will be able to participate in hand-on science activities with science to give students a lab experience.
Facilitator will be available to students while on campus during Co-Op hours.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8:00am – 12:00pm
Students are allowed to be on campus Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm to have a quiet and safe place to work on their studies. They must check in with the front office.
Optional: Students may bring their own lunch from home, or we offer a Catered Lunch Program at $5.00 per lunch. See additional informational handout or the academy office for more details about our Catered Lunch Program. Milk in ½ pint cartons (2% white and chocolate) will be provided for your child's lunch.
Sevenstar provides a secure online learning solution to ensure that LCCA can stay focus on its mission—a child-center education. You can be assured that your students are receiving academically rigorous courses facilitated by Christian instructors that enables LCCA to fulfill its mission. The online courses and services that Sevenstar provide become an extension of LCCA that enables us to offer courses we would not be able to normally offer. Students have the opportunity to take Honors, AP, and Dual Credit courses.
Lenoir City Christian Academy and Sevenstar has lined up the required graduation course credits with the State of Tennessee credit requirements and Sevenstar credit requirements.
Each student is responsible for earning 40 hours of volunteer hours each school year.
Weekly chapel time consists of worship music led by our students and a devotional from FBC pastors, missionaries, LCCA teachers and other guest speakers.
Our high school students will need to purchase their own laptop that can be brought to and from home and school. It must have Microsoft Word and internet capabilities.
Clubs and Sports:
Ask about our Drama Club (all year), Golf Team (spring), Art Club (6 weeks in spring semester), and other activities we have throughout the school year. We are always looking for coaches and leaders to volunteer for different after school activities.
