Sevenstar provides a secure online learning solution to ensure that LCCA can stay focus on its mission—a child-center education.  You can be assured that your students are receiving academically rigorous courses facilitated by Christian instructors that enables LCCA to fulfill its mission.  The online courses and services that Sevenstar provide become an extension of LCCA that enables us to offer courses we would not be able to normally offer.  These courses also help our students develop the critical skills of being successful online learners.  For more information about Sevenstar, please go to www.sevenstar.org.  Students have the opportunity to take Honors, AP, and Dual Credit courses.  Lenoir City Christian Academy and Sevenstar has lined up the required graduation course credits with the State of Tennessee credit requirements and Sevenstar credit requirements.  After the student's senior year, they will receive an accredited high school diploma from Sevenstar and LCCA.

Volunteer Hours:

Each student is responsible for earning 40 hours of volunteer hours each year.

Chapel:

Weekly chapel time consists of worship music led by our students and a devotional from FBC pastors, missionaries, LCCA teachers and other guest speakers.

Technology:

Our high school students will need to purchase their own laptop that can be brought to and from home and school.  It must have Microsoft Word and internet capabilities.  There is also a technology fee that will allow students to have quality internet access and printing access.  In addition, students will be able to participate in hand-on science activities with science to give students lab experiences.

Clubs and Sports:

Ask about after school activities and programs.  We are always looking for coaches and leaders to volunteer for different after school activities.
